"I believe that teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning are the keys to a strong organization. It's like tending to a garden of diverse ideas, where everyone contributes to a solid foundation. This approach ensures things run smoothly and success keeps growing for everyone. "
About Me
Hello, I'm Heather Newalu, and I wear many hats in the adult education world – instructional designer, project manager, training facilitator, and creative designer. Currently, I work as a Professional Development Training Facilitator and Instructional Designer, and what began as a job has turned into a passion over the last three years.

I love bringing creativity to my work, especially in designing engaging learning experiences. Challenges don't scare me; I see them as chances to learn and grow. Mistakes? Well, they're just opportunities to improve.
I'm big on collaboration and diversity, believing that open-mindedness to different ideas makes the world and projects better. I will continue to embrace challenges with grace, foster collaboration, and create an inclusive environment for personal and professional growth.

Outside of work, I enjoy volunteering for a local charity team, Driving for a Cure, as well as hiking and gardening, immersing myself in the beauty of nature. I have a passion for photography, especially capturing the details of plants and animals. In my creative time, I make healing bracelets that carry positive energy. As a Reiki practitioner, I focus on helping others find balance and wellness. Whether through my camera lens, crafting, or energy work, my hobbies revolve around a deep connection to nature and promoting well-being.
